Mod Pieces In Anthology Magazine

Has your copy of Issue No. 8 arrived?

If you flip on over to page 109, you'll find Kirsten Grove's stylish & crafty house tour. If you keep on flipping over to page 113, you might even spot a Mod Pieces lamp!

Around the time that Kirsten, a fellow blogger, found out that her home would be featured in Anthology, we got to talking about her lack of cool bedroom lamps.

Even though she lives in Idaho, and I'm here in Ontario, we decided to pursue a long distance custom project.

Kirsten loved the look of Olivia, who of course was already sold & now lives at Bri Emery's house. So we set out to create a pair of lamps that embodied similar characteristics to Olivia, like the soft colour palette & oversized white base.

I lucked out and quickly found this sculptural, white pair at an estate sale. Next it was time to source the fabric. Christopher Farr's Fathom, in smoke, was the perfect choice. It offered a graphic print, in tones of soft beige & brown.

Kirsten & I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! Don't they look fantastic in her space?
